Allied Technologies International specializes in "turning" components. We use Tornos-Bechler AND HANWHACNC Swiss screw machines, Mori Seiki and Miyano CNC lathes and OKKAND LEADWELL CNC mills. All of these machines are capable of .0001" repeatability.
Our turning centers are mated with automatic bar feeders, allowing for a fast, continuous supply of material.

We work with all types of metal (stainless, brass, steel, aluminum, and titanium to name a few) and plastics. Beginning material diameters range from 2mm to 2.625" (through the spindle) on our turning centers. We can produce components as large as 10" in diameter using hydraulic chucks and custom formed jaws.

Our focus lies in short to medium length production work and prototype orders. Orders from 25 pieces to 100,000 units per year are our forte. We work closely with our customers on new projects, ongoing items and overflow needs. ATI follows (and understands) many different part requirement formats from blanket purchase orders to JIT and Kanban.
